If you are doing male kegels and arent seeing the kind of results you would hope for then you might want to consider incorporating a simple kegel weight in your routine. Using weighted kegels was something I started doing early on and you dont need any special kegel exercise weights. Just use a wet towel and put it over your member and try to raise it without touching it.
This is really great and produces quicker results. In fact after a while of doing non weighted kegels you should move onto weighted kegels because in theory your pc muscle will get stronger.
Its similar to normal weights – like with any muscle when you exercise it with a weight it will get stronger.
