How to do kegels

Now kegel excercises aren’t that difficult to do. I found that it was best to start off with a moderate amount and then build up. The reason for this is that your pelvic muscles won’t be used to the exercise so may be a bit weak. You really don’t want to overdo it.

As I mentioned before you can use the holding the urine method as another way to do kegels and strengthen the muscles. Thats why kegel exercises are great as an incontinence exercise. Anyway, the only problem is that you might hold your urine for too long then have to rush to the toilet so just try and judge just how long you can hold your urine for without becoming too desperate.
